Terms and conditions for attending the Quantum Con exhibition at the international fairgrounds , Hall No. (4), October/November 2024:-
- The ticket holder is required to adhere to these terms and conditions once the ticket is issued and used.
- The ticket price to attend the exhibition cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- The ability of the exhibition organizer to expel any attendee who violates the rules and regulations or commits any violating behavior.
- Preventing reselling tickets again after purchasing them.
- The age allowed to attend the event is two years and above, and people under that age cannot attend or be accompanied to the event.
- In the event that the event is cancelled, postponed, or changed under circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, the ticket will not be refunded.
- Ticket holders consent to taking photographs or videos and posting them online.
- Attendees are subject to a mandatory search of themselves and their belongings upon entering the event site.
- The exhibition organizer is not responsible for any physical injuries, illnesses, or loss of any possessions during the event itself.
- Confiscating all dangerous and prohibited materials and any material that the regulator or security apparatus deems dangerous.
